The Bridge serves as a unified web portal that empowers you to select, customize, and launch your Zraifin integrations effortlessly. It also enables you to generate and download transaction and settlement reports, as well as extend invitations to users within your organization to leverage our platform. Additional features are continually being developed and will be added soon.
Designed to be a self-serve console, The Bridge ensures that all information related to your Zraifin integration is easily accessible with just a few clicks. While certain workflows may still rely on offline methods, we are diligently working towards delivering a seamless and fully-online experience for all our financial integrations.
This guide includes key terms essential for understanding our platform:
Partner: A business entity integrated with Zraifin, assigned a unique partnerID after completing Bridge sign-up, enabling them to use our offerings.
Product: Zraifin provides various financial API integrations, each addressing specific use cases, such as Collect BBPS or FD. Each distinct offering is referred to as a "product".
Product Configuration: To use a product, partners input necessary parameters to create a configuration. For instance, the Collect BBPS product requires details about bill retrieval, customer identification, and payment settlement.
Configured Product: After setting up the configuration, partners have a "configured product" ready for testing. Partners can create multiple configurations without limitations.
Sandbox/Production Environments: Partners access a virtual sandbox for configuring and testing products before going live. Sandbox transactions are simulated, with no actual money movement. Once satisfied, partners submit configurations for review and gain access to the production environment for live transactions.
